My 'missing cashback' claim has been rejected; what can I do?

If your claim has been rejected or declined, there isn’t much we can do sadly. 

Most of the time, this happens if we weren’t seen as the last referrer. With this, the retailer has paid the commission to another site, so we don’t have the cashback to then pass on to you.

The sale could have been given to a search engine, a price comparison site etc. We will not receive it if it has been given to another site.

That’s why we always suggest clicking through to the retailer and finishing your purchase in one go, fully online. It also helps to clear your cache and cookies before you click through. Please read our tracking tips here to avoid your claim being rejected in future.
