Problems with communication with company,delivery of items very slow and no reply to initial emails. It took some chasing up and eventually sorted out, tracked after approx 4 weeks.

Did not track , ordered four items for a xmas present and only three arrived . I was supposed to recieve a free gift , but that did not arrive either . After i complained to them , they said they would send it on , that was two weeks ago and it never arrived . So all in all not a very good shopping experience !

Great products but slow to acknowledge cashback (>1.5 months) and it'll be 4 months from sale to cashback being paid. Could do better.
