This was a very disappointing experience. The transaction did not track. £20 of my £47 order was out of stock and was refunded after a few days - the website still listing the items implying in stock. £18 of my order was sub standard/ not what I ordered and so returned, with some delay in obtaining a refund or even acknowledgement. In conclusion the purchase was a failure as so little of what I ordered was satisfactory and thus did not warrant the delivery cost or the hassle.

Couldnt agree more with the previous poster I have been waiting since April for these to pay out and sent them separate emails asking for my money and they couldnt be less interested. Just bought a couple more things from them for Christmas because they deliver near Christmas but wont hold my breath as that was yesterday and they are not appearing today!!! Wont be buying from them again if this doesnt track again.

First time I have used this retailer, and I was well impressed emailed me to say it was being delivered the following day, unfortunately I wasn't in but just needed to use the delivery web site to arrange for re-delivery.. not trip to the royal mail post depot brilliant!

The cashback was tracked very quickly but the amount I have recived cashback for, I guess, is the ex-VAT amount as it is less than my transaction's total amount.

Cashback has not tracked one month since making the transaction and as the cashback expeccted is less than £1 I cannot submit a manual claim. Product was good and delivery fast but with so many competing discount perfume retailers I would not use again in any hurry due to lack of cashback.
