Items received quickly - in NOVEMBER and through continueous emailing top cash back money has finally showed as being tracked!!!! well done top cash back but NEVER again will i use this retailer

Dreadful retailer. Lots of horror stories about them on the web that I wish I'd seen first. No sign of cashback tracking but my order didn't arrive. Was hung up on several times and was finally told that 'once the order is posted, it's nothing to do with us'! Luckily I can claim back with Paypal. This site has good prices but it clearly cannot be trusted and doesn't give a damn about cutomer service.

Lousy ... sorry ... NON-EXISTANT ...customer service! I received my order with the highest value item missing. I contacted Half Price Perfumes by telephone and left a message with details of the order number and item and asked them to contact me. They did not contact me. I e-mailed via their website repeating the same details and asking them to contact me via e-mail or ring me. They did not contact me. I lodged a dispute via PayPal requesting a refund of £9.99 for the missing item. Half Price Perfumes refused my refund request and asked if they could forward the item. I replied that this was acceptable and expressed my disappointment that I had needed to involve PayPal in order to get a response from them. I waited another week before escalating my dispute to a claim. Requesting a refund of £9.99 or immediate dispatch of the item missing from the original delivery. Once again this was refused. I will remain in contact with this company only until I receive a refund or the item - after that I will take my custom elsewhere.

Did not track straight away had to submit a manual claim but has now shown up. If you buy from here be aware that they send you lots of junk mail, even after unsubscribing from their mailing list!

Well, it's been 6 weeks since they stole my money on the pretence of supplying me with goods.
Only two thirds of order arrived and they are just ignoring my emails now. They won't supply me with what I paid for and won't refund me.
Avoid like the plague.
Theives and crooks. Topcashback should remove these people from their site.

Purchased a pack of 3 items. Only 2 items in pack. Many emails before a reply and was told missing product would be sent. Over 3 weeks now and no sign. These people have shocking customer service and are simply liars.
They have taken my money without any intention of supplying the goods. Con merchants.

I have to agree with the previous comment the stuffi I ordered from them was used! I got no reply from customer service for over a week then they accussed me of using it ! disgrace bad bad customer service. i also got an item for a gift for someone and it had items missing and just no reply from them avoid it is cheap quality and not worth the hassle.

Very poor customer service. They never get an order right! The make up sets i bought for my daugters party had half of the items missing out of them 3 emails later to sort this out and no one has bothered to reply! Cheap products yes and at a cost to yourself i'd say.
