“Unprofessional, unreliable, unrecommendable”
On the 28/11/2012 I ordered a Kate Moss Eau de Toilette Spray 100ml Body Lotion 150ml & Clutch Bag priced at £22.79 with a free Christmas Gift Bag . The delivery cost was £3.99 and it would be delivered in 3 to 5 working days,when it turned up 9 days later very badly packaged the contents surprised me instead of the item I ordered it contained 3 small 30ml Eau de Toilette sprays 1 Body Lotion 150ml a cheap paper Christmas Gift Bag.When I phoned them up they said that the item was out of stock and they sent me what stock they had if I was not happy with the item I could allways send it back for a refund how long would that take I wonder, it was to be a christmas present for my daughter who lives abroad it looks like I will go back to shopping with Fragrance Direct who are a more reliable company to deal with. So Beware when dealing with Halfpriceperfumes you may get something which is totally different to what you've ordered and the pretty clutch bag did not exist and the 100ml perfume could end up as 3x30ml bottles 10ml short of what was advertised, although your purchase is confirmed and invoiced by email saying that your purchase is on it's way dont expect to receive the item you ordered just expect to be bombardered with follow up mail promoting their products at the very least 4 a day

Disgusted with half price perfumes, after receiving a marketing email from them to shop with them, I did so, spent over £30 and they have declined cashback, but were happy enough to take my money. DO NOT BOTHER, DISHONEST.

After ordering the product in question the merchant contacted me within two days to advise that they were out of stock and offered me the smaller item instead.
Item arrived quickly but unfortunately no cashback tracked, contacted topcashback and filed a missing cashback claim. cashback finally tracked around 30 - 40 days later.
Would use this merchant again but not for cashback (if you actually get the cashback through then count it as a bonus).

I tried to claim discount for Vita Liberata silken facial self tan cream as set out on Topcashback website, using code TCBtan but received message that this code was invalid. So then I entered hpp10off for 10% discount on net goods (excluding postage) and for some reason on an order totalling £27.99 was only allowed £1.80 discount instead of £2.79. Have sent email to merchant's customer services department querying this. Will let you know what sort of response I receive from them, also how long my order actually takes to arrive and if it is as described. In the meantime, Happy Christmas to all TopCashBack Team. Not at all sure about this retailer. I only visited as they had a special offer which was perfect for stocking fillers.
The site is full of discount price adverts, too many for my liking. Once you buy from this retailer and leave an email address you then receive lots of emails trying to entice you back to buy more.
Delivery was slow and the items not well packaged, I was surprised nothing broke. I am still waiting for my cashback to be tracked.

Have used halfpriceperfumes for a couple of years and have never had any problems with them. Bonus to get cashback now. Delivery is usually prompt, but then it should be since you have to pay for delivery. If you sign up for their newsletter you get 2-3 emails daily, but often there are good deals and voucher codes. I will continue to use them, but it is always worth shopping around first.

I made an order and it didn't track so i had to put in a manual claim which they refused to pay out. Seems they do this often by looking at other reviews.
Its really hit and miss with this merchant. I am going to buy my stuff at fragrance direct from now on. The postage is cheaper and it always tracks.

A good range of branded products at discounted prices as well as some very good additional special offers- and cashback too! The website is user friendly and transactions are easily completed. The goods were despatched promptly and arrived in perfect condition, and the cashback tracked well.

Tracked promptly though the goods were poorly packaged on both occasions. They arrived wrapped in a bag and a bit of old cardboard No box!! . All the perfume boxes were dented and battered and the bottles were a tad grubby. I am not at all pleased about this as you cant give those as presents. I am put off buying anything else from them because of this.
