	Terrible It didnt track and then after 12 months still waiting for H10 to reply back to Topcashback on cashback...

	Tracking issues Hotel didn't track and claim submitted. Claim held until after date of stay and then supposedly submitted by TCB just to be declined as "discount code used not on Topcasjback site". I always use discount codes with H10 and usually get TCB money paid as long as tracking goes OK so why not on this occasion? Perhaps because it was a booking for arond £6000 and cashback was significant amount or perhaps just because initial tracking failed but " no appeal" message is VERY annoying as this was a valid claim and I feel robbed.

	Abysmal! I am a frequent user of both TCB and H10. H10 have a serious issue with failure to track correctly, and I have frequently, more than 3 times, had to chase for the CB. In addition they decline even before you visit which is throughly insulting. I like H10 as a Hotel Brand, but their IT and CB systems are at best abysmal, and at worst deliberatly declined even when overwhelming evidence is presented to them.

	Still waiting... It has been 1 year since I returned from my break at H10 Hotels and I am STILL WAITING for my cashback despite providing evidence of my booking via TopCashBack a few months ago. It has dragged on and on and on, and all I get is the odd update from TCB that are attempting to get the finds and they appreciate my patience - it has now been ONE YEAR! I suggest anyone avoids using H10 Hotels if they want quick cashback.

	AVOID H10 Awful experience - took too long to track and now declined I made a booking for over £1500 and it took over 10 months to track eventually showing £0.00 and now I can't raise a claim with TCB. AVOID AT ALL COST.

	Confirmed then declined cashback - don't waste your time!!! Waited 10 months for them to 'Confirm' my cashback - the total amount even showed under 'My Account'. Logged in a week later for them to 'Decline' it, without any reasoning. Very disappointing!! Wouldn't waste your time or money booking here - when we got to the hotel they make you pay for EVERYTHING! Towel hire,daily safe hire etc!!

	Still waiting for payment after 8 months! I returned for this H10 trip 8 months ago and I am still waiting for payment. The transaction took 5 months to track as well. I am not sure what's happening and when I can expect payment. Reading the other reviews it seems to be a common issue with H10 Hotels. I wish i'd booked with another hotelier.

	2 Bookings, Both Tracked Zero - No Cashback Two bookings made for this retailer where the item tracked but did so as Zero. Told essentially that it would work out after the booking is complete (i.e. after visit), but it did not, and now outside of any 100 day claim ability. Shocking!

	Paid out with no problems. Payout took about 3 months but when it went payable it was a good amount to get for free.

	Did not pay out, did not explain why. Booked through topcashback and H10. Said it was confirmed, then payable at zero. No feedback. No explaination.
