	So glad I purchased the cordless upright and Multi handheld. Wish I had bought them much sooner, especially the upright. Had been told the upright was very noisy and although it is fairly noisy, it's not as loud as my corded upright cleaner. I have mainly carpets (with a short pile) and it works well. Easy to use and empty. Holds it's charge well. The handheld isn't quite as good as the corded one I had in the past but to be honest, I didn't really expect it to be, but it is certainly handy to have around and works well. You do have to keep your finger on the button on the Multi which may be a problem for some people. Cashback came through within a week which was a nice surprise! Overall, really, really pleased with Gtech.

	I have the Gtech AirRam vacuum and it really is brilliant. So easy & quick, even the kids are happy to whiz round the house with it, seriously! I have just bought one for my friends birthday (although I was very tempted to spend the money on the hand held one for myself instead!! ) because she was so jealous when she saw me showing off with mine :-) Cash back was recorded almost instantly so just marvelous in all respects. Go on, treat yourself!

	Cash back declined Cash back declined with no explanation - suspect it was because the original electric lawnmower broke after 1 use so they send (part of a new one). So you get a defective product, have to arrange a replacement and then they decline the cash back. Avoid!
