Shipped within a couple of days, took about a week to arrive. Groupon provided me with a tracking number, which was incredibly helpful. Product was a very reasonable price and got decent cashback from it! Would use again :)

Poor service - booked a meal voucher, can't redeem it, merchant doesn't answer the phone and Groupon ignore content of my emails and send bog standard, unhelpful replies
