Unfortunately is not easy at all to get cash back. 2 transactions one after the other as you can only make one purchase at time from Groupon. They only give cash back for first transaction. 2nd one was not recorded. Sad but true.

Really bad at tracking, only 1 in three tracks without raising a support ticket, but usually pays in the end, just a bit of hassle!

Had an offer for £10 cashback with no minimum spend, 18 months after TCB tried to chase it up for me they said it wasn't going to happen! False incentive and won't be using Groupon again!

Never had a problem tracking cash back with Groupon. Always shows in my account immediately after purchase. The rate offered does fluctuate so sometimes you get a higher rate than initially expected. Happy!
