Tracked straight away, as soon as the policy (single trip) expired it declined! I suspect they're only on here to attract customers - don't waste your time with Goodtogo.

Cashback declined despite details being provided. I'm a new customer and the policy was bought online. I cannot see any reason for this except the company did not want to pay out.

Cashback declined
Took out a policy to cover our holiday. Cashback declined, the feedback was that the purchase was cancelled. I offered to send details of the policy and proof of payment, but to no avail. Noted that there are a few reviews with declined cashback.
