Prepare for endless upsells. Basic hosting doesn't cut it for most websites, you'll need to upgrade that too

After having 3 GoDaddy transactions fail to go through, this is the first time I have actually got any cash back through a go daddy purchase. And I had to chase it up to get that! Id recommend not bothering with them, and if you do, I have never found them to offer good services but my clients choose them because they are cheap. You get what you pay for though at the end of the day.

Cashback does make it, eventually, but they're one of the slowest in terms of paying. Almost always requires a Support Ticket (Claim) submission.

GoDaddy came back a full year after I had lodged a claim (which obviously did not track). They have outright rejected the claim without giving any reasons for doing so. I'v always used topcashback for many other transactions, but this has been a very dissatisfying experience.
I've transferred my domain and purchased an unlimited hosting plan with GoDaddy in hope of getting a good deal via TCB, but after a year's wait all that was left for me was disappointment.
I'm surprised at how they have a 99.4% satisfaction rate when most of the reviews I've seen here are all 1 stars - DISGUSTING SERVICE, will never bother purchasing anything with GoDaddy again and would not recommend this to anyone else!

I've been with GoDaddy for years - their service is very good, especially their telephone support line. However, when it comes to cashback - they are really bad and in my recent have declined numerous cashback claims because they claim the order was purchased with a promotional code. Even when I haven't added a promotional code myself, they often add one on anyway. In most cases, this made up promotional code doesn't actually do anything - no discount. I believe it has been added to make sure I cannot get cashback. Obviously if you go through and get a deal like 50% hosting, that's fine when it adds a discount.

Misleading and unlawful act by GoDaddy. It was 42% cashback and I supposed to receive £5.09 without VAT but GoDaddy only gave £1.21. Chasing to see if they can match what was offered......

My previous 1 star review was deleted for pointing out that Godaddy overwrites the tracking cookie so that your cashback won't track. They have also ignored the last 4 missing cashback claims I have submitted. Cashback gets tracked with all the other retailers I have placed an order with, but Godaddy never tracks. I'm in the process of transferring all my domains away from Godaddy.

NEVER using GoDaddy.com again! Not only did it not credit, the pricing structure is misleading, their site building tools are laughable and after putting in a manual claim, TCB coming back and saying that the ticket is "resolved and paid" there is STILL not money from GoDaddy in my account! Go elsewhere, this company doesn't deserve your custom!
