Declined my cashback despite my transaction being eligible and done correctly. They waited the 90 days before declining then when I disputed it they came up with some nonsense excuse about their network not being able to verify the transaction even though it had tracked fine on TCB.

Don’t bother tracks when you don’t buy then as soon as you make a purchase it doesn’t track. I even screen recorded my full transaction but makes no difference they declined transaction and not interested in my proof of purchase through topcash back. Very disappointing

Bought car insurance from go compare more than 5 months ago. Tracked at zero then went to declined. The cashback team tried to help but sadly go compare wrangled out of paying. Will not use them again

I'm very careful when buying insurance due to the high value of cashback. This is the second time my cashback has failed with Compressor. I will not be basing any purchasing decision on included cashback going forward
