Used twice in the last 2 years and after initially tracking both times the status changed to declined by merchant after 2-3 months of waiting. All T&Cs followed and generally don't have any problems with cashback tracking (have used other comparison sites without cashback issues). Others have left positive feedback so maybe I'm just unlucky with GoCompare but from now on, I'm using another price comparison site

Bought car insurance policy in January, and after 4 months waiting finally got my money £35 on my bank account. I would rate 4 star only because of quite long waiting time and also I had to raise my claim manually cos it did not track it automatically. But overall good experience.
