I have had 2 cashback declined even though I have emails from gocompare proving that I had bought the policies. Waste of time.

Waste of time! Has been showing "pending uplift" since November when I purchased the policy - did all the right things and cleared browsing history, etc - and now declined. Of course, it's now more than 100 days since I took out the policy so no chance of lodging a missing cashback claim. Avoid this company and go with somebody more trustworthy.

It's been more than 3 months, still waiting for my cash back. This sort of delay is unacceptable please don't mislead customers if you're not going to pay the cash back.

Cashback tracked showing as £0.00 with an uplift to approx £40 in a few weeks time. This has now been declined by merchant even though insurance was purchased

Declined. Again 2nd year in a row. I have multiple cashback claims paid out yearly and gocompare is the only merchant I have to put in a ticket for to register and end up getting declined. Terrible, will look to use another merchant for next years car quote.
