Didn't pay out cashback. Quite a few reviews on Trustpilot saying the same thing. Awful customer service. First time I have used GoCompare, will not do say again.

Very happy with the service and cashback offered. It tracked initially as £0 which I had been made aware of - took a while to confirm and paid out today so in all 3 months from the date the insurance started. Thank you.

Did everything as I should but Go Compare decided to deny the claim meaning I lost out on £30. I sent in my policy no and they even sent out our free No Claims policy paperwork but deny that it went through Top cash back. Nothing can be done apparently when this happens. Will be using a different company next time!
