	Declined for no reason Tracked no problem then declined. Followed all instructions to the letter. Queried with tcb but they said nothing can be done. Don't be conned by their high cashback deals. They don't pay out reliably enough.

	They don’t pay It tracked and I was a new customer, it took 4 months for them to decline and then they couldn’t investigate due to it being 4m ago. By which time you’re well out of your cancellation period. I will never use Go Compare again.

	Great cash back Just use top cash back to search for insurance. Buy your policy. Then 4 month later get your cash back!

	Terrible experience. I had extremely frustrating experience with GoCompare last year (in 2022). I had to fight for my well deserved cash back for months. TCB were not helpful at all although I did everything to the book and yet they declined it, I had to go through different stages of exhausting complaining and every time received a negative response. The experience was extremely unpleasant and I regret dealing with them and TCB. I was very stupid to believe that it was off and decided to try them again this year (February 2023). And - the same thing happened again. Got refused after waiting for a while, had to complain, once again I did everything according to their and TCB instructions. Once again I now have to fight for it. Total waste of time and efforts, not worth it. Never again!

	Doesn't payout As per others the cashback is denied, don't use via Topcashback if wanting cashback!

	Declined payment Followed the instructions and waited over 6 weeks to have the payment declined. No reason given.

	Cashback declined Purchase tracked ok but 2 months later cashback was declined for no reason. Seems to be a common theme looking at recent reviews.

	Tracks , then gets rejected Got new quote and purchased straight away. tracked with the correct purchase amount but zero cashback (but said it would uplift later) . Just checked a couple months later and declined!

	This is great to get cashback on something that we try to do anyway. I insured our two cars on the 17th sept 2022 and still over 4 months later both are still showing as confirmed but not payable. I came to the reviews page to to see if they are slow payers but reading the reviews most people are happy and it doesn’t appear that they are usually this slow to pay?

	Sort by 'Newest first' (which should be the default sorting); there is clearly an issue with the tracking. I have used TCB for many years, so I am familiar with the requirements - and followed them. In response to my following this up, TCB first gave standard responses and then more specific, including stating that (historically) "86% of claims have been successful". TCB repeatedly stated their confidence in the tracking etc, but there clearly is a problem here - and their members are wasting their and being left out of pocket as a result.

	To be honest... Think there are some tracking issues with this provider... I took out 2 policies in Feb and March last year.... Both got declined.... However I generated about 4 quotes too which all tracked and I got paid out on two of the quotes which meant it all worked out lucky for me.... So yeah are some tracking issues here... Think it is a case on hit or miss on who they pay out too... They definitely need to upgrade their tracking software because somethings not right... Clearly some people are being paid and some aren't... Its a gamble...

	Awful, declined then pending and back to declined again, once contacted top cashback, they recognised both of my orders but refused to acknowledge that top cashback is the reason I used/ took out the policy so refusing to pay £80 cashback. Absolutely ridiculous
