No problem with French Connection as a company or with the quality of the clothes. However cashback experience is rubbish. Still waiting for cashback from December 2012!!!! Think I can kiss that cashback goodbye :-(

Looked as though I was going to receive a generous cashback for two purchases from French Connection. However, after A YEAR it has still not become payable, so I think Im never going to get the promised cashback. Disappointing.
