Cashback declined - no valid reason and no right to appeal
I was informed that they couldn't determine that TCB was the source of the purchase. I use the same computer and web browser as usual and only had one window open. I kept all of the references and submitted a claim which was rejected. Very disappointing. The visit was equally as disappointing - limited luke warm options as a scrappy buffet style. Very expensive for a soggy slice of pizza.
