Forever 21 offer free shipping on orders of £50 or more, which will see items arrive via standard delivery in 2-5 working days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, while if you are not in when delivery is attempted, your parcel can be left with a neighbour. Online orders can also be delivered for free to any Forever 21 store in the UK.

You will receive an email when it is ready to be collected and you will need to take the order confirmation and proof of ID with you. You can also opt for your order to be delivered to a UPS Access Point, from where you will have 10 calendar days to collect it before it is sent back. Should this happen, the £2.50 charge will be deducted from your refund.

Online purchases can be returned within 28 days of the order date if they are sent back unworn, with the original tags attached and with the return form enclosed.

If you are returning swimwear, the sanitary liner must be intact. Sale purchases may be cancelled within 14 days of ordering or returned within 14 days of receipt, though they cannot be returned to or exchanged at Forever 21 stores.

Gift cards, pierced jewellery and undergarments cannot be returned unless they are subject to distance selling or other applicable regulations. If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, you will need to contact the customer service team.

To return items by post, complete the return form which will have been included in your order, listing the reason code and quantity, and enclose it in your package. Affix the UPS Access Point or Royal Mail return label and take it to your nearest location. Items can also be returned to a store, though refunds for items paid for using PayPal will be in the form of store credit.
