Dire. Flowers ordered on the Wednesday before Mothers day. A week later and still nothing. What's more there are no replies to emails sent to their customer services address.

I have always used Flying Flowers for all sorts of occasions. They don't put their prices up every Valentines/Mothers Day etc. to rip people off. I have had excellent feedback from everyone I send flowers to saying that they arrived on time, were fresh and lasted for a decent amount of time. Well worth the money with something to suit most pockets.

Ordered 2 of one special bouquet for my mother and aunt. Both well late for delivery and the quality of the flowers was pathetic. They looked nothing lke the picture in the brochure. Will not use again.

Avoid at all costs. My experience should tell you all you need to know. Ordered flowers for Valentines day. No flowers turned up, no phone call, no email to inform about any issues. I called twice and emailed once on day, no answer on mail, phone calls useless uninterested staff. Sent three more emails following day, still waiting for an answer from any one of them. So £25 in and no flowers and no money and no explanation. I will of course now be contacting solicitors for recovery of money and costs. Some people might be singing their praises but I would avoid if I were you
