FANTASTIC cash back, great service. product had a faulty part and they sent me a new one within two days without any hassle and sent me lovely personal emails instead of generic ones. very impressed and will use again as cashback has already been confirmed.

I found Firebox a great company to do business with. When I telephoned them to ask a question about a product they were very helpful. Quick delivery and good packaging too. Cashback transaction was efficient.

This is fantastic. Fast easy and best of all no messing about with bank card details, you can pay with paypal. Tracks no problem and pays out quickly. I've bought a lot of my christmas prezi's here and now waiting for my nice treat when my cashback pays out. Excellent

tracked quickly, very pleased with purchase, excellent company recieved e-mail when dispatched even gave postcodes that could experience delays, when opening the package found a packet of sweets inside with my purchase which l thought was a nice touch, will use this company again & I highly reccommend them .
