Well, the product was delivered within 24 hours, which obviously can't be faulted. But they originally missed the cashback, which was instated when TopCashBack prompted them. And that cashback was 10%, not 12%. And it was on an amount which appears to exclude VAT and p&p, so some update to the retailer description is needed. Still a decent purchase price, though!

Ordered an item costing £14.95 on 05/06/08. Once delivery charge and discount voucher was applied, total I paid was £15.90. Transaction appeared as pending in 24 hours, however it is showing the total amount as £8.46 not £15.90 and therefore I have only been given 12% cashback on £8.46.
