	Hi there, I can see that you did lodge a claim for this transaction, however we could not overturn this decision as the cashback was paid to the people who the cashback network could see was the last referrer of the transaction. I do understand your frustration as it means you have not received the cashback but please be aware this does not mean the merchant has not paid this. You can help to prevent this from happening by clearing your cache and cookies before logging in to make a transaction, as well as making sure that any ad blockers on your device are disabled. 	Hi there, Unfortunately this claim was declined as the cashback network passed the cashback from the merchant to the people who they thought were the last referrer which in your case wasn’t TopCashback. The system to decide who was the last referrer of a transaction is centred around cookies and so to help TopCashback be recognised as the last referrer we do kindly ask members to make sure that any ad blockers are disabled and that cookies and cache are cleared before a member logs in to make a transaction. 	Hi there, It looks as though the cashback network decided that TopCashback were not the last referrer of the transaction. This means that the merchant has paid the cashback, but the network has passed this on to the people they believe were the last referrer of the transaction. You can help TopCashback be recognised as the last referrer by making sure no ad blockers are enabled while using our site and also by clearing your cache and cookies before logging in to make a purchase.
