I found the FHR booking website easy to use and it was easy to book the airport lounge at Pisa. FHR answered my queries and I thought their customer service was excellent. They may wish to update their information on the Pisa Airport Lounge as on the day I used it there were hot snacks available as well and a variety of sandwiches although I appreciate this may not always be the case.

Cashback got declined. It is quit far form Gatwick took 20min for the transfer. Have made a manual claim.

The cashback clearly states 26.5% (Heathrow) cashback however I was only given around 10%. The high cashback offer was one of the reasons for choosing them.

I don't know why TCB are still letting this company advertise on here. I have been waiting for them to pay my cashback for 18 months and they just haven't bothered replying to the claim. Not to mention the hotel and parking we booked through them was awful! Avoid.

Declined as they said the network has not identified Topcashback as the last referral to the merchant's site for my transaction. Looking at other reviews on here it seems BookFHR do this a lot and can't be relied on for the cashback. I would not use them again as they don't seem very ethical.

Unfortunately, it would seem that I am joining the other reviewers with declined payment for no reason. There is no reason why I was declined obviously FHR do not want to pay out. Sad when a company behaves like this.

Beware using this merchant. Cashback was declined and fhr use confidentiality excuse for not saying why. Took up with tcb but they were unable to help. given the reviews it looks like this outfit have a history of non-payment. Time for this bunch of cowboys to be struck off tcb?

This is a scam. Cashback refused by FHR as ''Cashback will be paid once booking has completed". What now? Do I have to cancel my booking? NEVER again

DO NOT USE, as with previous reviews they do not pay, they just use the public to book with them and then decline cashback. Top Cashback should remove them!!

Hi there, I am sorry to hear your transaction was declined. I can see that you lodged a claim but unfortunately it was concluded that TopCashback were not recognised as the last referrer. When this happens it means the merchant has paid the cashback, but the network has passed the money onto the people they could see were the last people to refer you to make a purchase. This is decided based the last cookies the network could see on your device which is why we do ask members to clear their cookies and cache before logging in to make a transaction as well as making sure any installed adblockers are disabled. At least I'm not alone. I had my valid and legitimate cashback request refused for reasons that don't actually make sense! Bad show, FHR. I won't park with you again.

After a great many months of chasing cashback declined for no valid reason. Basic 'cannot trace transaction' excuse defies all logic and factual evidence. I will not use this company ever again.

If a claim is ever declined for this reason we do kindly ask members to double check any order numbers they have had from the merchant as it may have been because they have provided an incorrect or mistyped number. After I lodged a claim for non-payment of a valid cashback claim, they denied it for an invalid reason. Disgusting company for cashback denial and poor customer service. Looking for another company to use now as many airport parking requirements coming up this year.

Again, they denied my cashback for no reason. I followed process correctly, paid for and used the service. They were very rude that we arrived an hour later than the time booked, which was due to bad weather and traffic on M25 during rush-hour. We did call 20 mins prior to arrival as they requested, so shouldn't have been an issue, but they spoke to me like a naughty child! They then met us late, probably as punishment. (Considering the nature of the business and their request that you call 20 mins before you arrive, it should be expected that customers may arrive later than the time booked.) Apart from that the service worked well and they brought car back promptly. Now lodged claim as they have denied my cashback - more punishment perhaps?

Hi there, For your transaction it seems your claim was declined due to an invalid voucher code being used. This normally only happens when a voucher code not displayed and approved by TopCashback is used.
