Won't bother after reading reviews
I was looking for a new policy for my static caravan so clicked through from Topcashback, decided to read the reviews, not impressed at all as it seems quite a number have been refused cashback 2023-24. Maybe time for TCB to review their membership.

Topcashback, what Topcashback?
Offered 16.5% topcashback. They later declined suggesting that discount already taken off. No evidence to support this on the topcashback website.
Just dishonest .
Why are they still on Topcasback?
Give them a swerve in future, there is competition out there.

Cashback declined even though it tracked and no vouchers used. Luckily I've not had to claim on the insurance as I can imagine it will be a nightmare if this is anything to go by.

Refused cashback for no reason
Ordered online as per the instructions yet the merchant unilaterally decided they would refuse the cashback.
Perhaps their bottom line is more important than their customers so god help us if we need to make a claim!
