Offered 16.5% topcashback. They later declined suggesting that discount already taken off. No evidence to support this on the topcashback website.
Just dishonest .
Why are they still on Topcasback?
Give them a swerve in future, there is competition out there.

Cashback declined even though it tracked and no vouchers used. Luckily I've not had to claim on the insurance as I can imagine it will be a nightmare if this is anything to go by.

Ordered online as per the instructions yet the merchant unilaterally decided they would refuse the cashback.
Perhaps their bottom line is more important than their customers so god help us if we need to make a claim!

Do not use for Hire Car Excess. They decline all cashback claims even after appeal. Look at the seperate listing for them for Hire Cae Insurance - 100% of the reviews are negative
