Very slow to pay up, despite claiming to be a 'faster paying' supplier. Get the impression they don't want to give any cashback. Order goods, receive goods and pay them within 4 weeks, yet 4 months later and nothing from them. Not very professional.

Despite having a printed order confirmation and having e-mailed them twice (through their ownon line contact system) I have not received the item I ordered, or response to my enquiries. Terrible service. I only gave the 1 star as they haven't actually taken any money from my account.

Like other reviewers I have had payments which seemed to be tracking ok but then are changed to zero - hardly fair. I have also discovered that if I log in through my TopCashBack account that I have 'technical issues' which means that as soon as I try to check out the system empties my shopping basket. I have contacted Evans who just quote 'technical issues' and ask me try again. I have had the same problem for 2 months now and have given up - they've lost my business now.

They apparently declined my cashback on an order of £110 placed months ago because I complained about poor service received on a £40 order placed a couple of weeks ago. It was all fine until I had to complain and then the money disappeared. Very unprofessional.

Still waiting for casback months after purchase. Evans track and confirm quickly, but no longer become payable quickly. They used to pay up within a reasonable timescale, but that's no longer the case. So slow to pay - that's if they pay at all!

Evans used to track, confirm and pay Cashback promptly. That's changed now - waited two months so far for Cashback. Not good enough, Evans. So many companies seem to be taking longer to pay ... some not paying promised Cashback at all. It's a shame it's becoming so hit-and-miss.

Not a happy bunny. I spent £210 online at Evans at beginning of June. The cashback tracked with no problem. Just logged into my account now to see that the cashback has been changed to £0.00 and is 'payable'! What the hell? Really, really annoyed. Didn't used to have any problems with TCB until recently. A Swinton insurance policy never tracked and nothing has been donw about it for 3 months! May have to think about moving to a different cashback site if this continues.

Always a smooth transaction, no big delays in receiving cashback. Will use them again, they do charge £4.00 for standard delivery though.
