items are good quality but the sizes can be hit and miss but my first and ever faulty item has been a nightmare - take it back to the shop but I haven't one localy, I have managed to trick or treat their system but it hasn't been good and they just cant cope with simple queries so customer service is rubbish online

I have now bought several items through this company, all have been delivered quickly and anything I need to send back has been refunded very promptly. No quibbles and the items have been very good quality but the sizes are very generous, drop a size to what you normally would have

Not very happy. After a month of "tracked" cashback was declined, meaning I will need to wait another few weeks at least before I can get my cashback. Not impressed.
