This is the second order that I've not had track through Evans - raised a missing cashback claim and am told that apparently I didn't come via TopCashback except it is there in my history! Obviously it is the merchant at fault, not TopCashback, but as I spent £115, I am not very happy about missing out. As far as the retailer, I'm done with them too. I've had exceptionally POOR service from them on this order.

never got any cash back, it was never confirmed and not payable, though i got a mail from cash back that it would, i check a week later and it change to £0.00. very disappointed

Evans used to good at sending money back but are really slow these days. Not really worth using them anymore, especially as they themselves demand payment straight away. They've now had my payment for over 4 weeks, so why can't they send my cashback over. NOT IMPRESSED ANYMORE.

Cashback tracked quickly, goods arrived within a few days. However, when I tried to contact the company I received no reply whatsoever - but luckily the goods came through OK!

Awful !!!! I thought it was a really good deal, but when I was due to be paid out my cash bach changed from £5.40 to £0.00 for no reason at all. I definately won't use again. Delivery is really slow 8 days and money left my bank the day I placed my order....terrible!
