	Cashback didn't track, claim refused Cashback didn't track, made a claim but they claimed the TopCashback wasn't the last referrer. I followed the link before purchase so I'm not sure why this would be, other than an issue with their site.

	Eufy - No cash back paid In the last 6 months, I have purchased three items directly from Eufy and have ensured that I have not violated any cash back terms. All three items where rejected and only general terms given why this has happened. I will not bother in future in dealing directly with this company.

	I tracked purchase step by step but they say TCB wasn't the Final Referer These companies are very easy to say that TCB wasn't the "final referrer" but are never willing to say what was the final referrer. If they did then perhaps customers will understand where they went wrong. I know that in this instance that is nonsense. I also tracked the process because I saw that their reviews were extremely bad at paying their cashback so recorded the pages I visited. I think Eufy / Anker are using you as advertising without honouring thier side of the deal. How bad do thier reviews have to be before you remove them from your site?

	Did not pay cashback Despite proof of purchase and the fact the transaction was tracked, cashback was refused. I bought a robovac for over £600.

	Didn't honor cashback depsite proof of purchase TopCashBack did not step in to support cashback claim. Flame advertising as multiple others share the same experience. Instead TopCashBack direct customers to their 'How to guides', clear cookies, cache etc. Despite all other refferred cashback claims being successful through other websites. Very dissapointing and shame on TopCashBack

	Long delay of delivery plus rejection of paying cash back Purchased online in late November 2024 through TopCashBack. Delivery was promised within 5-7 days of purchase, but was not received. It was not until 14 days later that I enquired with the customer service department and was told that the delivery was unsuccessful due to a missing address? After reconfirming the address, the product arrived almost a month later. After that, the cash back also disappeared. After waiting for more than 3 months, the claim was rejected. I purchased 3 cameras, a doorbell and a vacuum cleaner in two separate purchases. Very disappointing experience.

	Ignores Cashback Claims Bought the E330 Professional Camera series, using the cashback offer and exclusive TopCashBack Promo Code. The cashback didn't track, and I've now been waiting 6+ months for them to respond to my claim! Don't hold your breath that you'll get cashback from EUFY, very poor!

	They refused to honour the cashback! I bought the top of the range S1 robot, for £1400 and they are refusing to honour the claim for 10% - beware as you are unlikely to get the advertised cashback.

	NO CASHBACK & IGNORES Claims! Don't waste your time expecting cashback! I made 2 purchases - neither tracked and claims have been IGNORED for months on end! I have no idea why TopCashback allow them to remain on here! BIG problems with reliability of products too - Doorbell camera battery unreliable and charge doesn't tally with what it says in the App + outdoor camera has intermittent fault where the date watermark shows the wrong date (by 1 or sometimes 2 dates) which puts the recordings into the wrong day too! AVOID! - Your UNLIKELY to get ANY cashback but may well receive dodgy products and likely to get disappointment and frustration!

	COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME - DON'T BOTHER! Expecting Cashback? - DON'T BOTHER! - Totally USELESS! - NEVER TRACKS and they just IGNORE CLAIMS!!!! 2 Purchases from months ago - neither tracked and no sign of the claims being dealt with! If I ever buy Eufy products again I will just buy from Amazon and avoid the frustration of waiting for cashback that NEVER ARRIVES! A complete WASTE OF TIME and effort!
