Contrary to my previous experiences with this retailer the order was despatched and delivered much more quickly. I also received a letter of apology giving the reasons for their inadequacies (warehouse move and implementation of new systems) and given a £5 voucher to make up for any inconvenience. Consequently I will use this company again. My only grumble is that a couple of the items I required were not in stock.

on that day (10/12) there was an offer for £5 cashback for any order done on that day. I haven't got the cashback as I had problems claiming cashback from Ethical superstore.

I spent £50.50 on their website, yet they said I only spent £42.08 and wouldn't give the full cashback owed. Cheats!

be wary about dealing with ESS as they have gone into administration owing thousands to suppliers but seem to have been bought out and debts wiped clean but who knows what is happening.

This has tracked as 0.00 from day one and still remains as zero cash back weeks later - beware the 'ethical' ethics. Perhaps they are yet to surprise me and I will eventually get the promised amount - time will tell.

Took over 1 wk for dispatch then sent with a delivery company who ignored/did not receive special delivery instructions and left a card with an unrecognised reference number. Hoping that it will eventually be delivered properly tomorrow. Tracking quick though.

The company provided very poor customer service - not listening to information given to them over the phone, no updates on delays in fulfilling the order, and mistakes in the goods delivered. Would not use again
