	The process to earn the cashback was straight forward and time took for it to turn from pending to payable was a bit long but was explained that sometimes it does take a little time. My issue is with the amount received as it is lower than what was advertised when i processed it and there was nothing to advise that it would be lower or upto the amount advertised.

	My cash back claim is on hold at the moment.It started off at £36.75 then dropped he day after to £26.25 ,although Esure were showing £52.25 on the Tc web page.End of the day if the provider doesn't payout don't use them again,It's simple.

	Update on my review dated 12th September. The cashback has just come through. Was it due to adverse my review and support ticket, or are they just slow at times after seeing other reviews with the same problem? Anyway I have my cashback now so am happy with outcome

	Utterly ridiculous. After 1 year of chasing, Esure declined our cashback for the reason "no postcode provided"! What a joke, as if they would even insure the property without a postcode! And all our docs have it on, so goodness knows what they are on about. Won't be renewing with them.

	Beware! Insurance purchased early September and then tracked fine ...but last week came through as zero purchase and no cashback due instead of £45.45 which I should receive!!! Everything done as per instructions on the site.

	Bought a policy on 23 June, lodged a claim in early July, it's now the 9th October and nothing. Top Cashback usually sort these things out well, but I'm not holding my breath on this one.

	Almost a year on from buying a home policy from this lot & I'm still chasing my cash back. Worryingly, the transaction has now vanished from my TCB account, so I suspect I'm about to get stiffed. Needless to say, I have not taken up Esure's invitation to renew the policy for the coming year.

	Let's get this right. Cash back is paid by TopCashBack yet after buying policy in Oct and waiting the 'required' 90 days. Now it is 7 months later & I'm still waiting for TopCashBack to pay out my cash back. Looks like TCB is scamming us by holding on to the payments instead of paying it out to us. I've noticed that other people too have not been paid - this is down to TCB and not esure - we might blame them but it is down to TCB to pay up. I've given two nudges - Feb and April 2012 SO PAY up TCB.

	This cashback never tracked. I had to submit a missing cashback claim which I did a couple of months ago. After waiting for about 2 months, the cashback became confirmed a couple of weeks ago at £45.45 and I therefore closed the claim. Coincidentally a few days after closing the claim, the cashback reverted to payable at £0.00! TCB have been very helpful but I very much doubt I'll be seeing it the cashback!!

	apalling, logged a missing cashback months ago that went onto automatically frozen status till a week ago. Im now waiting or the retailer with a helpful little message that says "this may take several months, please be patient". Sterling may not exist by the time i get paid! Lets hope if i ever need the policy they react quicker....

	Been waiting for this to be tracked since mid Sept, put in a claim but was told had to wait till mid Dec, so we shall see. By the way paid for the years worth of insurance in one go, so don't know if this made any difference.

	Bought house and buildings insurance in Apr 2011 but still chasing cashback, nothing so far. If you're buying from Esure think again - the cashback makes the product more competitive, but it's a false economy. Disappointing. Hasn't tracked yet.Lengthy process to chase it up.

	I have placed several orders with esure and also recommended friends and their rate of successful tracking is pretty dire. You have to wait 3 months before you can claim and then submit a claim within that month so I have a suspicion esure are hoping most will forget by 3 months time. I have submitted a missing claim and had that paid so it does work, but expect to have submit a claim
