Big sticking point of mine, insurance cashback!! This is one of the few chances you get to get a significant amount of cashback in one go. Ordinarily, you change your insurance you get a better deal and then £50 on top. I currently have 2 successes from 3 attempts and am pleased to say Esure was a positive. I sympathize with those who miss out, I've been there.

Update on my review dated 12th September. The cashback has just come through. Was it due to adverse my review and support ticket, or are they just slow at times after seeing other reviews with the same problem?
Anyway I have my cashback now so am happy with outcome

I took out a new combined buildings & contents insurance with this insurer a few weeks ago, but the cashback still hasn't tracked! I have contacted topcashback's customer support team and opened a claim and sent them a nudge, but am still waiting for a response!

Clicked through on the 28th June, The topcashback message was displayed that my visit had been recorded. Excellent quote so purchased there and then. Since then nothing. Lodged a claim on the 10 July. We will not be use esure again for anything!

OK! now this is what cashback is all about! my renewal price from my existing insurer was about the same this year, but esure were a fair bit cheaper on a new house and contents even with all the bells and whistles like emergency assistance call out added in. But then factor in £50 or so of cashback and wow! best of all it tracked straight away and paid out in few weeks.. I love companies that pay out what they promise instead of stalling, ducking and diving to wriggle out. Pleasure doing business Esure!

Entered all my insurance details and my bank details for the direct debits and was presented with a message saying that Esure didn't recognise my bank's sort code!
I've been with this bank over twenty years and set up loads of direct debits etc.
Rang Esure to tell them there was a problem with their system , expecting them to correct it , and was told
they could complete my application but I would NOT receive any TCB cashback - what a con!
Told them to forget it , rang my current insurer and received a discount MORE THAN the cashback I would have
received from TCB , also they are a very reputable company.

my experience with teh cashback - it was first declined, then i had to raise a claim, and after 8 months (!) it was declined with the reason "Another marketing channel was credited with sale".
Don't use them if you don't want the same experience.

ESURE do not pay out. I bought an insurance policy through Topcashback as it worked out cheaper than a competitor with the cashback included. They have stated "Another marketing channel was credited with sale" but conveniently have not stated which channel. I wonder why ???!!!!
