Seems my experience with this merchant is going to be within the 2% that failed to track :( Purchased my homes and contents on Wednesday 17th November, followed the links through this site, quoted and purchased, but still not showing as being tracked?? Is it possible it could take longer than the few hours experienced by others, and it may still track??

I went through to Esure, did a quote and went ahead to buy, started to imput pay details and pressed submit and a message came up saying due to inactivity I would need to get a new quote or get my saved quote (quote not saved as didn't see this option and didn't see the point if I was going ahead to buy immediately. Was very frustrated. Don't they realise that there will be inactivity whilst inputting pay details (took me no time at all to do this anyway). Can't believe I have to input all my details again and it's likely to happen again anyway. Might have to go elsewhere now

Poor tracking, had to get TCB on the case, but as usually they came through for me. Did in May & it becomes payable end of September. Got a good deal on Buildings & Contents Insurance & £45 cashback, would recommend.

I'm confused as well - the CashBack was £60 (and £20 has already appeared) until this morning when it has reduced to £45. I signed up on the understanding that the Cashback for a joint policy was £60. Can anyone tell me if that is what I will ultimately receive? John

Tracked ok. Over 4 months until it becomes payable. Cashback page states £60 for joint policy. Small print says £20 + £25 - will have to submit query to find out which is correct.

I must say that it has tracked in less than an hour, £20 cashback, and states that a further £25 will be credited to my account when validated. That equates to £45, whereas the cashback option I chose by purchasing a joint policy was for £60? Where's the other £15?
