Just awful
These people only refunded me half of what i sent back. When i contacted them about it, they simply said that they refunded everything that was returned and said that this would conclude their investigation. I was in shock. I had to go through paypal. And only then did they get back to me, literally in the days before the deadline paypal had set, asking me to withdraw my ticket. This whole process took 3 months for me to receive my refund. I truly believe that if i had not made the order via paypal, I would not have received a refund. I will never order from this company again.

Good experience, the cashback didn't initially track so I had to submit a form, but eventually came through as expected!
