I had to raise a 'missing' claim with Top Cashback, which was straightforward but took a few weeks to resolve as they had to refer it to EE. In total it was 4 months from placing the order to when I received confirmation of the cashback.

A bit of a rocky start as EE said they were not paying the £125. On complaint they agreed to pay with a very speedy settlement. Thank you.

The new cashback of £125 is a gimmick. After selecting your deal on the EE webpage, you are prompted with a note in a window that say "unable to process request" and asks you to ring them to finish transaction. Obviously as soon as you ring to make transaction, you loose the cashback. Very crafty
