Their couriers lost 4 of my 5 shipments, their customer service team is one of the worst I've ever dealt with. Down £950 and going to have to do a chargeback because they haven't delivered my order and have no interest in helping.

I clicked through on a special offer for a high rate of cashback but Ebuyer fob me off with 'did not meet terms and conditions' and paid at the basic rate which was over £90 less than advertised - untrustworthy merchant.

Never tracked automatically and you don't get a lot back anyway £4 back for a £300 laptop! Had to manually claim but now they are refusing to offer cashback to us for valid claims!

Used them fairly regularly for the last few years with no real issues - cashback usually tracked, or if not, it appeared after raising a claim. But on my last 2 purchases they have decided I "didn't meet the T&Cs" for some reason. I'm always careful to ensure I click through correctly so I guess they are just not wanting to play this game any more.

Reported to trading standards for not folloing consumer acts After being unfortunate enough to purchase an MSI GT72 model laptop, which is fitted with MXM upgradable technology, I like many have recently learned that the manufacturer has failed to deliver on a point of sale, the laptop is under the sales of goods act 1979 as it was bought in July 2015, unfit for purpose. The retailer has acknowledged the issue which existed at the time of sale, however in non accordance with the sales of goods act, is refusing to accept the 6 years returns and replacement stipulation, as can be found within the act, and on .gov.co.uk informational pages upon refunds and returns. As such, I have reported the matter to trading standards and will peruse a full refund as their action suggests they offer no replacement and will exercise my legal rights that way. They did have the chance for me to simply take an exchange, or I would have purchased with them again upon a refund as I have in their defence had three purchases in the past without issue. However, it is worth pointing out that none of said purchases had any issues for me to really press for an exchange or refund so I cannot comment on what would have happened in those instances as the tech works. Based on this particular incident, I would not recommend purchasing from Ebuyer, I will be making a charge back for the purchase and will be allowing trading standards to intervene. Such a shame from being so happy.

never tracks anymore, have to claim every time. used to be fine 18months ago. I place orders with others at same time they track ebuyer just doesn't whichever way I try it.

EBUYER - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT. AVOID!!!! IF YOU WANT WARRANTY ON A NEW PRODUCT. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND SHOPPING ELESWHERE. RMA DEPT ARE USELESS.

Would never buy from them again they sell faulty products and the chance of getting a refund or any response from the non existant customers services is zero. DON'T shop here its for your own good.

Declined 2 transactions "not met the terms" have had several transactions with them previously that have tracked fine but the latest don't seem to work so have stopped using them as a merchant
