What is the point in saying x percent cashback if it is in fact x percent minus 20 percent? The cash back rate should be based on the price with VAT, not doing so is disingenuous and misleading to those looking to compare item price against other suppliers. The dirt is in the small print.

Purchase not tracked and when I submitted a claim Ebuyer would not pay due to 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale'. No mention of who this other entity was and no ability to challenge this decision. Very disappointed.

Tracks quickly but after 2 purchases, one due payable on 30th Aug and one on 30th Sept neither are yet payable. Very poor compared to most other merchants I have used where the cashback becomes payable when it should be.

lousy!! tried the tenten code for 2 days and reported it not working with a thumbs down and still on here and not working as i have just visited the site and phoned them. DELETE if out of order the date is still until 2013!?!?! o not out of date!

Cashback did not correctly track & when ebuyer originally challenged they refused the cashback stating T&C were not met despite it tracking at 1%, but should have been higher. Eventually through TCB who were very helpful ebuyer finally agreed to pay. Be aware that any tracking issues ebuyer may not bother honouring the payment or it will take a long time.

Can be frustrating when passed to Topcashback team.I bought a monitor recently from them and it said 4% cashback Now i am claiming as it come back with the lower amount.Frustrating as TC team keep siding with the company and not the member

Never tracked, raised a claim, stated tracked with different website. I do not use any other websites other than Topcashback. Waste of time. Dont expect your order to be tracked wouldn't be supprised if they tacked it themselves to retain the money. 100% Unhappy.

Hi there, I can explain this a little further for you. We are not disputing that you went via TopCashback, but if an unauthorised voucher code was used, or if you used a search engine prior to, or had several tabs open at the time of purchase, than your cookie can be attributed to one of these rather than ourselves. I am sorry that this is not a better outcome for you but by ensuring that you clear your cookies prior to purchase, hopefully any future transactions are more successful for you. Only offered a palty £1 or so for a spend of £284+, queried it and got it raised eventually, but still not for the correct amount. Annoyed that if they are going to offer a lower percentage then they should say so on the offer page and not give false information.

Ebuyer have twice declined cashback claims because they've been delivered to a business address. I shall avoid in future.

I've placed two orders with ebuyer so far and neither of them have tracked. I'm put in a claim but heard nothing. Not impressed. Same because it's one of the few topcashback sites that sell computer components.

I ordered a PC tablet from them which arrived in good time, but the back fell off the tablet as I got it out of the box. They sent the couriers to collect the item from my place of work but whilst I was walking downstairs with the box, the driver left before I could get there. eBuyer, rather than apologising, tried to charge me £10 for a missed delivery! Their returns policy is extremely limited as to return it myself they will only re-pay up to £10 so if it costs me more to return then I will not get that back. The main problem was that their customer services actually blamed the problem on me because I bought the item online and stated that it was therefore my responsibility to pay to get it returned! In todays day and age one expects better customer service.

On several orders on general computer parts and accessories, I've spent over £1,500. I've been declined cashback on each order because apparently I don't meet the terms which is bull****. It's simply because they don't want to pay £50 in cashback! TAKE EBUYER OFF TOPCASHBACK NOW! I've not earned 1 penny and have no explanation why other than it's "not going to happen".

Ebuyer appear to feel they can choose not to honour their cash back agreement for no good reason. Cannot locate my transaction, eh? Well the VAT receipt would demonstrate otherwise. Can't quite see why they're on this site if they're not prepared to supply cash back as agreed. Personally, I'll be looking elsewhere for a retailer to cater for my computer needs.

I've been with TCB for some time. I know where the pitfalls are so I'm always very careful to go through the correct steps to help me get cashback. Ebuyer was offering a great cashback of over 8% so I decided to make a very large purchase (over £300) with them being VERY careful with my purchase process. TCB logged the visit, I didn't visit any other merchants, sites offering codes etc. The item never tracked. I did my usual in this case - contacted TCB with all the details eg order no,confirmation emails from Ebuyer, times etc. Ebuyer denied cashback offering an excuse - that I know was untrue (another marketing channel!!! ie they kept the cash) I disputed this with TCB who did everything to help but this company will not budge (almost £30 out of pocket!!!). My warning - if you intend to make a large purchase - be very wary of this company. They are ok paying out on the small amounts but I would go elsewhere if you are spending more. I feel conned and I believe that this company played me. I will not be buying from this company again and advise everyone else to think seriously before purchasing from here. Once bitten, Ebuyer - I WON'T be back!!!

Been doing this cashback malarkey for a number of years now, so I know what to do and what not to do when it comes to ensuring sales are traced correctly. So I'm pretty dumbfounded that eBuyer are unable to cough up the cashback I should have received following an order placed four months ago. Proceed with caution...

Failed to track and manual claim made after a couple of weeks. After several months Ebuyer rejected claim for cash back as I did not meet terms and conditions! The only thing I can think of it was a sale item! However looking at the positive reports for ebuyer on here I am in the minority.

Used this tracking as it was a good rate and meant the product was cheaper than elsewhere taking off the cashback It didnt track and so I raised a claim only to find out 6 months later Ebuyer claim I didnt go through topcashback - never had an issue before on Topcashback, Topcashback very unwilling to help - VERY strange if you ask me - BEWARE if relying on cashback to make the product cheaper

Very disappointed that ebuyer are saying my first ever purchase for nearly £200 didn't track. (went off to some other retailer!) I did not visit any other site in relation to what I purchased and I always clear cookies anyway before going through TCB to a site. (Good product but a bit slow on delivery.)
