Ordered an item worth over £200 and ebuyer has declined the transaction for cashback despite providing a screenshot of my order along with the order number on ebuyer and on this site too. Topcashback just sent me the same blanket email on the second run around. Would not recommend hassling with them.

Waited for a year for the cashback and went through an appeal but came back declined, claiming not traceable. It is not much in terms of the amount but the attitude of retailer is absolutely awful.

Does not pay out any cashback. Never tracked, lodged a claim which then tracked at ZERO. Waste of time.

don't bother making any expensive purchases with this company as they will just cancel your order pending additional security ID such as scan of passport! Of course they are happy enough to take your payment before that, now leaving me out of pocket for several days until the refund returns. Not impressed.

Seems ebuyer is one of those firms to avoid with disputed or untracked cashback transactions. I have now had several transactions declined by ebuyer as they hadn't tracked correctly on TCB so i had to go thro' customer care. Never again will i use the firm based upon cashback alone, will always now chk other sites & take ebuyer at their price without any dedns for cashback. Cust svce isn't too good either

After month of waiting ebuyer came up saying that I have used an additional for of cashback/voucher what is not the case, dissappointing but at least I know where not to buy anymore. -Greg

Cashback - You must ensure you click on the correct ebuyer link - if you are a business you must use the ebuyer for business link rather than the normal link. Customer Service - very poor. Goods sent to incorrect address and never arrived after countless conversations with customer service. Refund only arrived after weeks of chasing. Use them again - no.

Failed to track, then after putting in a claim and many nudges it was refused. Refusal was completely unjustified. I will never use again so don't buy from them if the 'potential' cashback is tempting you

They will do anything to avoid paying your cashback, denying that you ever clicked through. I have had two incidents, and it ALWAYS happens with higher value cashback. Be warned.

Absolutely appalling. Bought Nexus 7 in July and Ebuyer didn't report purchase to Topcashback so reported missed transaction, had to repeatedly chase until January 2013 ! Then told they couldn't trace the transaction. Will never order another product from Ebuyer, have spent a lot of money with them over the years yet 1st cashback experience means for the sake of £2.98 of cashback they'll never have my business again !

I have used ebuyer twice recently and it has been the worst online experience of all the purchases I have ever made: 1. The first transaction on topcashback did not track and a manual claim was put in June 2012 after purchase. This has just been rejected as a claim they cannot find or rejected as a topcashback referral in Sept 2012 after a nudge. 2. Second Purchase was even worse where they sent the wrong items despite their emails confirmed the items they created a binding contract by taking my money. I returned the incorrect items and refunded my money and said it was a miss pick yet no items received, no apologies, and strange calls which I picked up and the guy spoke with a vague message and put the phone down before I noticed the PayPal refund closing my disputed transaction. No emails returned to my dispute. Worst ever and never ever!!

I purchased a sat nav from ebuyer as they were the ceapest company on the net, however once received I got a faulty product, it was returned to them and they agreed that it was faulty, they said I would receive either a replacement or a refund. Well it turns out that they could not replace the item as it was discontinued, they never refunded my card, all emails have been ignored, I am considering taking the company to court, then they will listen! It's not cheap if you have a problem with them, I have never bought anything from them since.
