Never had a problem with cashback from ebookers. Prices aren't always the cheapest, but the cashback is amongst the highest, so it does sometimes pay to use them. I've had a few transactions through them now, and they've always paid up on TCB - thanks guys ;0)

like other people have reported if you book 2 rooms at the same time in the same hotel they will only pay cashback on the 1 room in your name and not the other room you booked they should in form you of this before you book with them
