Bought a flight as soon as I used the website, and cash obviously taken immeaditely. Cashback still not credited after a month, and trying to change a cancelled flight via ebookers is a nightmare. Do not use this Mob!!

I bought flight tickets with ebookers and it was a smooth and simple transaction (with the cashback being tracked nice and quickly). The only problem was that I was expecting them to e-mail me regarding my e-tickets. However, they didn't e-mail me at all, nor did they provide links to my e-tickets. They had booked the flights for me and that was it. In the end i visited the airline's website (to check if ebookers had actually booked my flight) and congrats to emirates for providing the e-tickets and allowing me to choose my seats etc.

Far to slow to pay out and when you have used them as often I have recently it is difficult to keep track of the amount due. I also note that when booking flights, there are two transactions on the credit card, one from the airline directly and a second from ebookers. This concerns me as my credit card details are only given once and to ebookers. How come they can pass my details to the airlines and how come the airline can take their money without reference to me?
