No issues with smaller amounts paid for trips / holidays. However when one lot of cashback due was a larger amount was advised there was no record of me using Topcashback as the referral site which was very disappointing so I missed out on almost £100 that would have been due to me.

Made two hotel bookings this year, and completed my stays. My transactions progressed to "confirmed" but with a £0.00 cash value, and this was never amended. Raised a complaint with Topcashback but they have been extremely unhelpful. Ebookers, if it's their mistake, should be ashamed of themselves for reneging on their cashback offer and Topcashback should also be ashamed for asking me to drop the matter and for refusing to escalate it. I wonder why. Maybe ebookers will react now before I launch my campaign on social media.....It's a disgrace!!!

The merchant always tracks, but it tracks as £0. Does this happen to other people. I'm then told it should track AFTER my stay, but then when it doesn't Topcasback say to put in a claim but I then can't because it's older than 30 days. For example August 2016, book hotel for October 2016 - Topcasback tracks, but at £0. It should 'uplift' after my hotel stay. Completed stay in October, now November and it's still at £0. Now have in past week used Ebookers about 6 times, all transactions have tracked, but at £0. These are for stays in December, April and May. Should I open a ticket now, even though I haven't completed my stay, knowing that the cashback could uplift after my stay??

ebookers seem to randomly refuse to pay cashback with no explanation, Also i recently i made a number of purchases, 5 out of 7 tracked, and all 5 showed the correct amounts, in the last 7 days all those purchase amounts have now reduced considerably and i stand to lose over £60 cashback, with no logical reason why. Use extreme caution when using ebookers with cashback. I've lost all faith in there cashback payouts
