I use ebookers regularly and it was a nice source of cashback until recently. In 2016 I had to put a manual claim in several times as it never tracked and in 2017, my last four transactions have all been 'not identified as using TopCashBack' or whatever the official line is, so I get nothing - and I ALWAYS click though so I know it this isn't true.

The process of booking and obtaining the cashback on my accountwas easy, but payment has been very slow. We returned from the holiday on 5 November and it is still not showing as payable. That's 13 weeks ago which is an age and 3 weeks longer than the advised times.

Useless. Waited for over 12 months to be told my claim has been declined because my booking was cancelled. My booking wasn't cancelled and I even recieved an email afterwards asking me how my stay was! I won't book through this merchant again in the vain hope that they will pay out ......

Tracked and confirmed OK, but the amount owed randomly reduced and still waiting over 7 months later for any money in my account. Customer Support are doing nothing to help in this situation. So I felt the need to warn everyone else. Don't expect cashback to be paid from ebookers.
