Even though the cashback from Ebay is based on the commission that the seller pays to them, meaning small purchases do not make you much money, it is still worth going to Ebay via TCB to bid on items as afterall every little helps e.g. a bit towards your postage costs.

There are 2 or more transactions that didn't track for me and I've submitted a claim on one of them already. Transactions that have higher amount are usually the ones that fail to be tracked.

Too many transactions are not tracked and when you send a claim it takes an age to be resolved.
Could do a lot better

No problems at all. Just make sure you clear your cookies before logging into topcashback and don't forget that you only qualify for cashback if you browse and select your purchase while logged in through topcashback. If you have already browsed and bought an item, and then log into topcashback to buy, then you will not qualify for cashback.
