Had to submit a claim but this was dealt with quickly. Cashback low however item purchased was not expensive so all in all better than nothing (and would add up if spending more money on site). Would definitely use again.

Takes a couple of days to track and payment is relatively quick. I've found about 4/5 transactions track, the others have to be queried, which does take months.

Often buy things on Ebay but always forget to go through top cash back until my last purchase. Cashback not the most but I have no worries as every penny counts in this current climate and fast payout. Would always recommend to friends ect.

switched to TopCashBack after using Sun Cashback site - But several purchases (noteably big ones) were not tracked and paid - Also Sun Cashback does not accept support tickets for this retailer.
