I have always felt confident purchasing goods through e bay. Of course though they are not responsible for the description or quality of goods displayed, their customer 'safety nets' in relation to transactions is excellent.

I think the amount of cashback you receive is really very good. Yes, for small purchases it may only be pennies but, compare it to the value of a popular points collecting card which I've used up to now for ebay purchases, and there's no comparison. The points card value is nothing compared to the cashback on this site.
I'll always go through topcashback for my purchases from now on. The tracking may take a few days, but it has eventually tracked for me. Hopefully it will payout when the time comes too.

Never experienced any problems with this. It's only a few pence per purchase some of the time, but it does quickly add up if you regularly use Ebay.

I have reservations about the quality of Ebay's overall customer service but their performance as far as TopCashBack is concerned has been first rate. Quick correct tracking and the quickest of all the merchants I've visited to pay out.

Cashback usually tracks the day after, as it's based on ebay's fees, it's not much but it all adds up in the long run!

Tracked and pay within timescale...not experienced any tracking problems as I always wait for confirmation of tracking before I clear my browsing history. Only small amounts of cashback but if you're ordering anyway what's to lose.
