In our opinion Ebay cashback was better when it was one simple 'across the board' link as opposed to individual shopping channels. ie too many links such as 'clothing' electronics etc... it is too easy to buy an item in error from a category that doesn't qualify for cashback.

Disappointed cashback gone down from 40% to 30% and in some categories only,ebay shown their greedy side here also,shame.

I have found that most of my cashback does not track with ebay at all. I have to raise a claim for about 80% of my purchases.

Never get cashback awarded automatically. Got it awarded eventually after opening customer services cases. No issues with goods or sellers.

I have used Ebay since 1995 mostly buying (it so addictive) and selling, in all that time I have only had a couple of disappointments with other buyers and sellers. And last year was really disappointed in the way Ebay handled a comlaint. But it hasnt affected my use of this company. You can find anything on Ebay, I even bought worms for compost bi+'.'n once.
