Seems not to track on a rather frequent basis despite following all recommended precautions. Customer Services have always reclaimed and/or awarded my cashback though when I have raised claims. Successfully tracked transactions can be very slow at reaching payable. Some batches come through on time, others take up to 4 months for no discernable reason.
