I buy lots of things on Ebay and sometimes things happen, and items get cancelled, or items come different than what the seller described and I need to start a refund/return case, etc. All those processes, which are not my fault, stop me from earning cashback according to the rules of this cashback, so I find it unfair and useless. So far, I could get cashback for like a 3% of all my Ebay purchases, which are worth around £300-400 per month.
