Small ebay purchases were tracked fine, but then started to notice missing cashbacks but ONLY on the big purchases (>£30ish) whilst smaller ones kept coming. Really cheeky of TCB/ebay as these kind of 'mistakes' must be human intervention. Check for missing cashbacks, ebayer!
