Hi, I've tried to claim a missing cashback record back, but the reply I got it from topcashback customer service is I've already claimed one at that day which was just one of the item I bought at the same day. Does it mean that I cannot buy several item on ebay by just clicking your system once?? You encourged us to buy things through you, then your system cannot record many purchasing at the same day. It caused me so much trouble already for a very small amount of cashback, wasting of my time. How can we trust topcashback for a big purchase in the future??
